Terms of Service
These Terms apply to the FaceSwapCam service. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and any enabled policies referenced below.

Service scope
FaceSwapCam provides the product functionality described on the public site and product interface. Features, supported inputs, limits, models, providers, and controls may change as the service evolves. Do not treat roadmap or experimental functionality as a promise of current availability.
Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live if that is higher, to use FaceSwapCam, create an account or buy Credits. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
Your content and other people's faces
Only submit faces, images and other material that you own or have permission to use, and only swap in another real person's face with their clear consent. You keep the rights you have in what you submit and allow FaceSwapCam and its AI providers to process it only to run the sessions you start.
Paid services and Credits
Prices, included Credits and billing frequency are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout, and the plan you buy is the offer that applies. Each model uses a fixed number of Credits per second, shown before you start. Monthly plan Credits are added for each paid month and expire at the end of that month; unused monthly Credits do not roll over. Credit pack Credits do not expire. New accounts receive a one-time free Credit grant. Until you make a purchase, Credits can be used with XMAX 2.0 only; the Lucy models become available after any paid purchase.
Acceptable use and content safety
Do not use FaceSwapCam for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, rights-infringing, privacy-invasive or malicious activity. The Acceptable Use Policy also applies, including its ban on swapping in a real person's face without consent, deceptive deepfakes and impersonation.
AI outputs and third-party services
AI outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to other outputs, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing results before publishing, distributing, or relying on them. Third-party models, APIs, infrastructure, and networks may affect availability and processing time.
Checkout and payment confirmation
A third-party checkout may process payments. Opening a checkout page does not mean payment succeeded; access or Credits are granted only after the server confirms settlement.
Digital delivery
FaceSwapCam is a live service. Credits are used only for the seconds of AI video generated during a session, as measured by the AI provider, at the per-second rate shown for the selected model before you start; usage is rounded up to whole seconds. Connecting and waiting in line do not use Credits, and a session that fails before any AI video is generated costs nothing. A session stops automatically when your Credits run out or after 4 hours. Live sessions depend on third-party AI providers and your connection, and may be interrupted.
Refund and cancellation terms
Review the separate Refund Policy and any plan-specific cancellation terms before purchasing. Statutory consumer rights are preserved.
Availability, changes, and responsibility
The service is provided on an as-available basis and may depend on third-party models, APIs, networks, or infrastructure. We may reasonably change, suspend, replace, or remove features. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
