Information we process
Depending on the features you use, we may process account information such as name and email; product inputs, settings and generated results; and technical information reasonably needed to operate and protect the service.
How we use information
We use information to provide and improve FaceSwapCam, authenticate accounts, operate requested product workflows, maintain product history where offered, apply safety controls, prevent abuse or fraud, provide customer support, and meet applicable obligations.
Camera video, reference images and AI output
Your camera is used only after you allow it. When you press Start, your camera video and the reference image or style you chose are sent to the AI provider for the selected model (XMAX for XMAX 2.0, Decart for the Lucy models) to generate the live output in real time. FaceSwapCam does not record or store your camera video, reference images or the live AI output on its own servers. The AI provider may keep reference images while running the session, under its own terms and privacy policy. We keep session records such as start and end time, model, seconds used and Credits charged for billing and support.
Purchase and payment records
For paid features, payment processors handle payment details according to their terms. We retain necessary order and entitlement records. We do not require full card numbers for support requests.
Analytics, cookies, and local storage
Necessary cookies or local storage may support sessions, security, consent, and product continuity. Optional external analytics, when configured, are used according to the consent choices shown on the site. First-party operational telemetry may be used to understand reliability, product usage, and abuse without treating browser analytics as financial truth.
Service providers
FaceSwapCam may use third-party services for authentication, infrastructure, analytics, AI models or APIs, storage, and content safety. Product inputs and generated media may be processed by those providers only as reasonably needed to provide, protect, or support the requested service, subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.
Storage and retention
Account, product, safety, and support information may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain records, prevent abuse or fraud, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Some information may need to be retained where law permits or requires it even after an account or deletion request.
Your data rights and account deletion
Where applicable, you may have rights to information about processing, access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and complaint to a relevant authority.
