Before you buy

How are credits used?

Each model uses its own rate per generated second, shown on every plan and in the workspace before you start. Credits are only used while AI video is being generated; connecting and waiting in line are free. Free sign-up credits work with XMAX 2.0; the Lucy models unlock after any credit pack or monthly purchase.

Do monthly credits roll over?

No. Monthly credits are valid until the end of the paid month, and unused ones do not carry over. Credit packs never expire, and credits that expire soonest are always used first.

Can I cancel my plan?

Yes. Monthly plans renew each month until you cancel. Open the payment provider's customer portal from your account page to manage or cancel. You keep the credits for the month you already paid for until it ends.

What if a session drops?

You are only charged for seconds that were generated. If a connection fails before any AI video appears, nothing is charged.
